Building a year-round home inside a shipping container!
At this stage, we begin by preparing the home module inside a shipping container, which forms the base of a year-round modular home. Our team carefully plans every element — from the load-bearing structure, through insulation, to the preparation of installations.
We work to make every module solid, energy-efficient and ready for the next stages of assembly. Thanks to prefabrication in our production facility, we can control quality at every stage and speed up the entire construction process.
Painting and installation of windows and doors!
The container is carefully painted with a primer and then covered with a durable topcoat, which protects it from weather conditions and gives it an aesthetic appearance.
The next step is the installation of the floor, windows and doors. We make sure that every element is precisely fitted and solidly installed, so the module is ready for interior equipment and transport to the installation site.
Finishing a fully equipped residential module!
At this stage, the finished module leaves our production hall as a unit prepared for living. The interior is finished, equipped and checked before delivery to the plot.
The result is a solid, energy-efficient module that is already equipped and tested. On site, only quick utility connection and final installation are required.
