A solid home built from an original 40 ft High Cube shipping container — durable, resistant to weather conditions and ready for year-round use.
Inside, there is a complete living space for 2–3 people: a separate bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and a cozy living room.
The module can be finished and equipped in the factory — with LED lighting, heating, electrical and plumbing installations, and prepared utility connection points.

The module can be prepared to a high degree before delivery — with installations, lighting, finishing and equipment adapted to the project.

Utility connection points are prepared so that on-site work can be limited to the necessary final installation and connection.
