Project „Duncan BC”
A five‑storey modular building in Duncan, BC — an example of modern and functional modular architecture. The project combines fast implementation, structural durability and flexible spatial solutions — ideal for demanding investments.

Project „Inglewood”
A three‑storey modular building with an area of 19 000 ft² (30 units) carried out in 2021–2022. It consists of 6 barrier‑free units, 6 one‑bedroom apartments and 18 studios. Module installation took 4 days, minimally impacting traffic. The ground floor, elevator shafts and staircase — concrete; the upper 3 floors — timber construction. Each unit is equipped with a kitchenette, bathroom and living area. On the roof – a terrace overlooking the city.

Project „McArthur”
A building of 50 modules created in 2021–2022 to support the homeless. The ground floor – concrete; the next 5 floors – timber construction. The building includes: 10 barrier‑free units, 10 one‑bedroom apartments and 30 studios, each with kitchenette, bathroom and living space. Modules were installed in 6 days; the whole project used advanced modular production, which shortened construction time and allowed the building to be commissioned quickly.

Project „Westmount”
A modular building with an area of 34 000 ft² (54 modules) consisting of 9 barrier‑free units, 15 one‑bedroom apartments and 30 studios. Ground floor, elevator shafts and staircase – concrete, upper 3 floors – timber construction. Each unit features a kitchenette, bathroom and living space; water systems and electrical devices chosen for energy and water efficiency. Modules were set up in 6 days. The project was carried out in cooperation with Delnor Construction.

Project „Hestia”
In the Netherlands we completed a settlement of modular residential houses for our client Hestia. The built‑up area is 730 m², and the project combines fast execution, modern design and the modular functionality characteristic of our solutions.

Project „King Eduard Park”
A modular building with an area of 21 400 ft² (30 modules) consisting of 6 barrier‑free units, 6 one‑bedroom apartments and 18 studios. Ground floor, elevator shafts and staircase – concrete; upper 3 floors – timber construction. Each unit has a kitchenette, bathroom and living space with a large window providing natural light.

Project „Terrace Heights”
The project consists of 46 modules, which were placed in just 4 days using a crane. Modern design includes 3 types of residences: barrier‑free (547 ft²), one‑bedroom (503 ft²) and studio (363 ft²). Each unit features a kitchenette, bathroom and living space with large windows. The project was implemented under difficult conditions related to COVID‑19 and prolonged material delivery times.

Project „Modular Restaurant”
We used ocean containers to create a modern, functional and attractive gastronomic space. The project combines fast execution, modular flexibility and industrial design, showing that containers can be both stylish and practical at the same time.

Project „KGHM”
We created a modern modular building that serves as office space for our key Client. The project merges quick delivery, functionality and modular aesthetics, providing comfortable working conditions.
